Our process starts with an in-home design consultation where we measure, photograph, and listen. We discuss layout, appliance specs, cabinet style, and budget. From there we produce a fixed-price written quote that breaks out demolition, rough-in, cabinet install, countertop templating, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring — so you see exactly where every dollar goes.
We coordinate the licensed trades: a BC-licensed plumber for any supply/drain moves, a BC-licensed electrician for panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, and under-cabinet lighting. We pull all required City of Vancouver or municipal building permits and schedule inspections.
Cabinet install is done by our own team — we don't sub it out. We work with both semi-custom (Rona, Cabinets & Trim, local BC shops) and fully custom cabinetmakers for higher-end Vancouver kitchens. Countertop templating happens after cabinets are set, and we install stone (quartz, granite, marble) through our stone-trade partners.

Absolutely. We work with independent designers, kitchen showroom designers, and homeowner-supplied layouts. We'll build to the plans you bring us.
Do you install IKEA or RONA cabinets?
Yes — we install IKEA, RONA, Cabinets & Trim, and other semi-custom cabinet lines. We also work with fully custom BC cabinetmakers. We'll quote installation labour for any cabinet package you supply.
